Middle and high school students learn best when their unique needs are recognized and addressed. Course content will look at pre-adolescents and adolescents from a variety of perspectives and fields, including studies in neuroscience, cognitive science, psychology and education. Through an integration of the most current research in these fields, educators will acquire powerful strategies to effectively engage teenagers and improve the quality and depth of their learning.
