Research shows that our culture is in a wellness crisis. The impact of stress, poor nutrition, time management, and lack of physical activity on students and teachers alike will be examined in order to better serve educators on both a personal level and in the teaching and learning process. Participants will learn time management skills, the essential elements of supportive nutrition, the benefits of physical activity and fitness, and stress management techniques for classroom use as it relates to the classroom climate.
