Below are links to course selection sheets for the JCHS of Gratz College 2011-2012 school year.  Please download and print the sheets for the branch at which you have/will register.  If you are registering at multiple branches, please download the course selection sheets for each branch.  You may mail your completed course selection sheets to the JCHS office ASAP.

We work hard to ensure that students are happy with their courses; however we cannot guarantee that students will be assigned to the classes that they select.  Courses are assigned based upon student enrollment. All course selection forms are subject to change.
