Student Life
The Office of Student Life exists to serve the needs of students in the College Division of Gratz College by providing resources, facilitating community building, and supporting students in their personal and academic paths while at Gratz College.
We do this through:
• Working closely with the Student Governing Board to plan various student activities and events throughout the year that are social, cultural, religious and educational in nature.
• Organizing and facilitating student orientation programming
• Helping prepare students for their future careers through providing career counseling and skills-focused workshops
• Serving as a source for housing information, student employment and scholarships
• Using online communication tools to involve distance learning students in the Gratz College community
• Advocating for the needs of students with disabilities
• Providing individual students with a place to talk and find support
• Acting as a liaison between students, faculty and administration in order to promote an environment of open communication and mutual support
• Conducting periodic assessments of students’ needs and satisfaction
