Harriette R. Mishkin, M.S.W., M.B.A., is the founder and principal of PERFORMANCE CONCEPTS, a comprehensive professional consulting practice established in 1976 that designs and conducts leadership, management, organization development projects and programs. She is also a distinguished lecturer, consultant, workshop leader, meeting facilitator, and author of several articles in professional management journals. Harriette holds both a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration from Lasalle University School of Business. Prior to her teaching at Gratz College, Harriette was a part-time faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania for 15 years.
