Harriette R. Mishkin is the founder and principal of PERFORMANCE CONCEPTS, a comprehensive professional consulting practice established in 1976 that designs and conducts leadership, management, organization development projects and programs.
Harriette is a distinguished lecturer, consultant, workshop leader, meeting facilitator, and author of 4 articles in professional management journals. She was a part-time faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania for 15 years. Harriette holds both a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Lasalle University School of Business.
She is a member of many professional organizations, including American Society for Training and Development and National Association of Social Workers. Her local ASTD Chapter has honored her on four occasions for leadership and volunteer contributions to colleagues and community, and in 1997, renamed an annual chapter award in her honor as the Harriette R. Mishkin Community Service Award.
