Moshe Shner, Ph. D. lectures on Jewish philosophy, modern Jewish education, Holocaust education and online pedagogy at Oranim College, a leading school of education in Israel, in addition to his teaching at Gratz College. He received his M.A. in Jewish philosophy from Haifa University, and his Ph.D. in Jewish philosophy from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. His main topic of research is the impact of the Holocaust on Jewish identity. He is a member of Kibbutz Lohamei HaGetaot, the Ghetto Fighters Kibbutz, near the Israel-Lebanon border.
