Office of Student Records
The Office of Student Records is located in the College Faculty Wing in room 112. The Office of Student Records maintains the Academic Records of all students and can assist with verifying your grades, your enrollment status, submit your Pennsylvania ACT48 Professional Continuing Education Credits and transcript requests. Services include creating, maintaining, and transmitting Academic Records in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).
Our Mission
The Office of Student Records provides academic support at Gratz College by maintaining the integrity of academic policies, records, student information systems and ensures full compliance with all applicable federal, state and university regulations. The Office is dedicated to the delivery of quality service through collaboration, innovative technology and efficiency of process in a customer service focused environment.
