Graduate course content matches the priorities of the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s educational goals. Credits also may be applied toward Pennsylvania certification, recertification and/or advancement on the salary scale. Please contact the Department of Student Records by fax, mail, or in person to request the submission of completed course credits to the Pennsylvania Department of Education for Act 48 Professional Education credit. If you wish, you can print a copy of our “Submission of ACT 48 Professional Education Credits Request Form”.

When ordering by mail, fax, or in person, you must include the following information in your request:

• Full Name
• Any previous name (as it appears on your student record)
• Social Security Number
• Home Address
• Phone number (where you can be contacted if we encounter any problems processing your order)
• Email Address (if available)
• Name of Class
• Dates Attended (Start and End dates)
• Location of Class
• Signature and Date
