The IT Help Desk provides first-level technical support to all faculty, staff, and students of Gratz College. We should be your first point of contact for problems in the following areas:

We're here to provide you with the help you need. If you're having problems, please stop by the IT Help Desk, located in the Administrative Wing, Mandell Building. The Help Desk is open Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. On Fridays we are open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. On weekends, we are closed.

Gratz College is a member of AICUP and as a member our students, faculty and staff qualify for their Student Select Program.
The Student Select Program allows anyone attending, or working for, an AICUP member institution to receive exceptional pricing on Microsoft software purchases. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
Students, faculty, and staff may order online using a credit card at http://www.journeyed.com/select. When an order is placed, Journey Ed will verify the academic status (student/faculty/staff of AICUP institution) of the purchaser. Within 48 hours after verification, the software will be shipped, ready to be legally installed at work or home. Understandably, the Microsoft Student Select Program is one of AICUP's most widely accessed Member Services programs. Microsoft calls it a "model" agreement for private college consortia and has said it is "the largest and best run Student Select Program in the country."
