Students seeking a first credential in Jewish Studies may wish to advance their level of Jewish literacy by completing the Undergraduate Certificate in Jewish Studies, a 24-credit program consisting of 8 courses in Jewish Studies. These courses may be completed either in the classroom or on-line.
Students wishing to expand their knowledge of Jewish studies, or those considering enrollment in the M.A. program in Jewish Studies, may opt for the Certificate in Jewish Studies. This 18-credit graduate certificate is awarded at the half-way point toward a M.A. in Jewish Studies.
