Mondays: All Things Jewish Refresher Course

(1:00 pm, Location starting 10/20: Main Line Reform Temple, Wynnewood)

“In this class, I found myself having fun while diving into insights about every and all aspects of Jewish life as we explored traditions and laws from birth to death and everything in between. I also found myself having an ‘ah-ha moment’ at every session!”

Tuesdays: Terrific Talmudic Tales
(1:00 pm, Starting 10/20, contact Rabbi Daniel for location)
“Learning Talmud with Rabbi Levitt is a joy! Every class feels like we’re uncovering hidden treasures—full of wisdom and heart. The Rabbi makes even the trickiest texts, law, tradition and ancient wisdom feel accessible, meaningful and occasionally humorous. I always leave feeling more Jewishly connected and inspired.”

Tuesday evenings: The Spiritual Biography of God
(6:00 pm, Starting 10/20, contact Rabbi Daniel for location)

“Rabbi Levitt has managed to take a complex topic - in this case, learning the attributes of
an otherwise abstract God - and break it down into relatable language meant for everyday people to better understand God, Judaism, and their own lives. A handful of the many questions addressed in this class: How do we understand evil? How does God relate to us and how does that impact our own relationships?"

Wednesdays: Wisdom from the Weekly Torah Portion
(1:00 pm, Location starting 10/20: Congregation Beth Am Israel, Penn Valley)

Each week we will discuss lessons that are meaningful and relevant derived from the weekly Torah portion. This program will feature a variety of local educators on a rotating basis.

Thursdays: Mesilat yesharim

(10:30 am, Location starting 10/20: Adath Israel, Merion Station)

“Every session challenges my understanding of life, both as a human being and as a Jew.
The free exchange of insights flowing among all participants has greatly enriched my life.”
