Emily Aronoff Teck, Ed.D. is a progressive educator who seeks to increase and improve the ways that the Jewish community invites young children children and families to explore, discover, and celebrate joyful Judaism. Offering a unique combination of experience, knowledge, and creativity, her work includes the creation and facilitation of programs for young children and families as well as the provision of support to clergy and teacher education for leaders working with young children. She is the founding director of the world’s largest searchable database of Jewish educational resources, www.JewishLearningMatters.com and launched a music & movement program for 0-3 year olds and their grown-ups when she became a mom, www.JewishFamilyJams.com. Emily studied at Brandeis University and in Israel before graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Jewish Studies. Emily was awarded the Grinspoon-Steinhardt Award for Excellence in Jewish Education in 2010.In 2012, Emily received a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Music from Florida Atlantic University. She earned an Ed.D. in Jewish Education from Gratz College in 2018.
