Patricia Chappine, Ph.D.

Patty Chappine is an adjunct professor at Gratz College in the graduate Holocaust and Genocide Studies program where she teaches “Nazi Germany and Corporate Collaboration.” She also serves as an adjunct professor at Stockton University where she teaches courses in the Holocaust and Genocide Studies and Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies undergraduate programs. Dr. Chappine earned a B.A. in Sociology and an M.A. in Holocaust and Genocide Studies from Stockton University. Her Master’s thesis addressed the decades long struggle for restitution for forced and slave laborers after the Holocaust. She also earned an M.A. and a Ph.D. in History and Culture from Drew University in Madison, NJ. Her doctoral dissertation was titled “Continuity in New Jersey Women’s Activism from Suffrage through World War II.”
