Donor Wall of Honor
Gratz College thanks all of the donors named below for their steadfast commitment and generous support.
"To demonstrate my enduring support for this very special and important institution, I have put Gratz College in my estate plan and am proud to be a member of their L'Dor V'Dor Society.
My Jewish education at Gratz led to my career in teaching Hebrew school for many years. I found my husband, my beshert, Saul, at Gratz. We studied, dated, and married while we attended college elsewhere. Saul ended his successful career in education teaching one of Gratz's first online courses. Our daughter, Deena, also studied at Gratz and was the first graduate of the college's Master of Arts in Jewish Education program. Before her untimely death, Deena had a distinguished career as a Jewish educator, serving as an educational director in Maine and Texas. It is in my daughter's memory that an education professorship at Gratz was dedicated in the hopes that others may benefit from and be inspired by her legacy. "— ALUMNUS MIRIAM R. GROSSMAN, M.A. JEWISH STUDIES, 1988; BACHELOR OF HEBREW LITERATURE, 1951
