We know that JCHS tuition tends to be more expensive than some other teen programs. One reason for this is that our program is not subsidized by membership dues the way many synagogue teen programs are. Another is that JCHS hires only highly credentialed instructors, whom we pay salaries commensurate with their skill and expertise.
That being said, we make every effort to save money wherever possible. We are delighted that our tuition will remain stable for the 2019-2020 school year.
Gratz College and the Jewish Community High School value having students from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds. We encourage everyone who wishes to attend but finds the tuition prohibitive to complete the Financial Aid application below.
Additionally, if you belong to a synagogue, we encourage you to ask your rabbi or education director if they can help you pay the Gratz JCHS tuition. The Synagogue Scholarship Form below is designed to facilitate that process. Click here to download the Synagogue Scholarship Form.
