With the rise in prominence and ubiquity of Artificial Intelligence, we find ourselves asking questions as a society about the nature of intelligence and whether human thought is really unique. Questions of our responsibility to the emerging technology, the ethics behind its usage, and figuring just how we ought to relate to a computer mind. Join Rabbi Markowitz as we look at ways that Jewish thinkers are beginning to approach these and other questions buzzing around AI.
Kosher lunch is provided.
Gratz College invites a range of voices to our programs, and the positions expressed by speakers are their own. While not all events aim to represent the full spectrum of perspectives on issues, we encourage thoughtful engagement and respectful dialogue.
