Mindy Gold is the founder and lead consultant at EdtechMMG, an educational technology consulting firm focused on relationship-based professional learning, the creation of communities of learners around reflective practice, and the design and implementation of innovative models for congregational school learning. She holds a Masters in Teaching from National-Louis University and a Certificate in Jewish Education from the University of Cincinnati, earned in conjunction with participation in the Mandel Teacher Educator Institute. Mindy spends most weekends sharing a bleacher seat with her husband as they happily watch their two sons play basketball.

Jodi Gross is the Director of Adult Learning and Youth Engagement at Adat Shalom Synagogue in Farmington Hills, Michigan.   Jodi attended James Madison College at Michigan State University where she obtained a bachelors degree in Public Affairs with a minor in Jewish Studies. Upon graduation, she worked as a Staff Associate at the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit before moving to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to pursue post-graduate studies at Gratz College.  While working at a variety of supplementary schools and Jewish agencies, Jodi earned simultaneous masters degrees in Jewish Education and in Jewish Communal Service from Gratz College. She was the Director of Youth and Temple Programming at Old York Road Temple Beth Am from 2002 to 2006.  In August 2006, Jodi moved home joined the professional staff of Adat Shalom Synagogue as the Associate Director of Education & Youth. Jodi is an enthusiastic professional and teacher, who maintains expertise in creating and implementing curriculum and educational programming for all ages.
