Dr. Rosalie Guzofsky, of Cheltenham, took over the position of dean and vice president for academic affairs at Gratz College on October 1, 2014. Guzofsky has over 20 years of managerial experience in higher education administration, as well as a business background and a personal and scholarly interest in Jewish studies.

Rabbi Hirsh, Assistant Professor of Jewish Education, is the Director of Gratz Advance, which is Gratz College's newest department. Gratz Advance includes NEXT: the Professional Learning Program for Supplementary School Teachers, which Rabbi Hirsh created.
