Dr. Rosalie Guzofsky, of Cheltenham, took over the position of dean and vice president for academic affairs at Gratz College on October 1, 2014. Guzofsky has over 20 years of managerial experience in higher education administration, as well as a business background and a personal and scholarly interest in Jewish studies.

Josey G. Fisher, Director of the Holocaust Oral History Archive and Instructor in Holocaust & Genocide Studies at Gratz College, has graduate degrees in both clinical social work and Jewish studies and has focused her interdisciplinary background on Holocaust research and education for over 30 years. She received her BA and MSW from the University of Pittsburgh and her Masters in Jewish Studies with a major in Modern European Jewish History from Gratz College.

Rabbi Hirsh, Assistant Professor of Jewish Education, is the Director of Gratz Advance, which is Gratz College's newest department. Gratz Advance includes NEXT: the Professional Learning Program for Supplementary School Teachers, which Rabbi Hirsh created. It also encompasses other programs related to supplementary Jewish education, such as JSASIP: Jewish School Assessment School Improvement Process. Dina Maiben is the Assistant Director of Gratz Advance, the Director of the Jewish Community High School and JOLT: Jewish Online Learning for Teens, as well as an Adjunct Instructor and Hebrew Coordinator for Gratz College.
