Paul Finkelman received his B.A. in American Studies from Syracuse University in 1971 and his Ph.D. in history from the University of Chicago in 1976.  He was later a Fellow in Law and Humanities at Harvard Law School. Dr. Honour Moore is the Director of the Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and an instructor in the program. She has over 30 years experience in higher education administration, primarily working with adult degree programs. Serving as Dean/Associate Vice President at three institutions in the Philadelphia area, she has been responsible for all facets of program development and implementation, including curriculum and faculty development.
