Deborah Aron is the current Director of the Non Profit Management program at Gratz College. Ms. Aron’s career has combined her interests in Jewish communal service and Jewish education. Her undergraduate degree is from Brandeis University in Near Eastern and Judaic Studies. She received her Masters in Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work of Yeshiva University with a specialization in group work, and was a Senior Educator Fellow at the Melton Institute of Hebrew University’s School of Education.

Tom has nearly 20 years of experience in the fields of school business operations and human resources. His experience ranges from a private school setting to a for-profit copany performing Business Manager duties for intermediate units and charter schools throughout Pennsylvania. Tom has served on the boards of two Health Benefits Trusts, including one pooled claims Trust and segregated claims Trust. David comes to Gratz as a graduate of Orleans Technical College, under an apprenticeship sponsored by JEVS- Jewish Educational Vocational Services. He has expertise in general IT services and A/V equipment and software and is certified in COMPTIA A+. David also works as a sound engineer at Grace Christian Fellowship and continues his education in the evenings. David has been accepted to Arcadia University and will start in Fall 2020.
