This course explores evidence-based strategies and scholarly methodologies for understanding and countering contemporary antisemitism. Students will critically examine empirical research and theories addressing the psychological, social, and political dynamics underpinning antisemitic prejudice today. Emphasis will be placed on analyzing how misinformation, conspiracy theories, and ideological polarization contribute to antisemitic beliefs and behaviors. Through applied case studies and rigorous scholarly discussion, students will develop a fluency in the scientifically grounded approaches to effectively challenge and mitigate antisemitism in diverse societal contexts.
