Course Withdrawal Request
Course withdrawal requests can only be made after the official drop/add period has ended for the requested semester and before the final withdraw date for the requested semester. Please consult the Academic Calendar for specific dates.
Notice to students who receive financial aid: If you withdraw from any or all of your classes, your student aid may be reduced which may result in you owing money to the school and/or the Federal Government. Consult with the Financial Aid Office to determine the impact of withdrawal on current and/or future aid eligibility.
Students are not officially withdrawn from course(s) until this form is acted upon by the Registrar. The effective date of withdrawal is the date when this withdrawal form is received by the Office of Student Records. Individuals will be held financially obligated for those classes that are not dropped within the drop/add period published in the Academic Calendar. Fees are not refundable.
