Ways to Give
Your gift to Gratz College has many benefits, and there are many ways to give. Explore these pages to learn more.
Gratz College Annual Fund
The Gratz College Annual Fund, our main source of unrestricted dollars, ensures that Gratz College has the critical resources it needs to fulfill its mission. When you give to the Annual Fund, you support the vibrancy and growth of the entire institution. All Gratz students benefit from your generosity.
Your gift to the Annual Fund supports:
Gratz College students – at the undergraduate and graduate level; in the Jewish Community High School; and in our adult learning programs – learn from and work with teacher-scholars in an intellectually rich, open and challenging environment. Your gift will benefit learning and teaching, program innovation, curriculum development, the library and technology services.
We are committed to making Gratz College programs affordable for all students. Your gift will sustain the College’s commitment to enabling students to attend the College and High School programs.
Community Programs and Lifelong Learning
Gratz College provides opportunities for life-long learning, including lectures and programs, as well as courses in a wide array of Jewish topics, including Hebrew and Yiddish language instruction. Your gift will sustain the College’s commitment to bringing high quality programming to the general community.
Regardless of a student's or their family's ability to afford a college education, Gratz is committed to funding noteworthy students in need of financial support. We work diligently to explore all forms of financial assistance from private sources to federal or college-based programs. However, the demand for financial assistance exceeds the supply. By funding an endowed scholarship, you enable Gratz to provide financial assistance to worthy students in need.
A contribution to an endowed scholarship fund can truly make a difference for generations of Gratz students, and help the College attract an academically strong, diverse community of learners.
Please contact us if you are interested in giving towards one of Gratz’s endowment scholarships or if you would like to create a named scholarship fund.
Plan a legacy gift that will have a lasting impact on Gratz College for future generations. A variety of options are available to make a significant gift that will help ensure Gratz’s future and add to the financial strength of the College. We can help you plan a legacy gift that is consistent with your other estate plans and can show you how to structure your gift to benefit from tax and other advantages.
Options for planned giving include: Bequests, Charitable Gift Annuities, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Retirement Plan Assets, Life Insurance, Outright Gifts, Gifts of Stock, Endowed Gifts, and Real Estate.
